     Our Emergency Shelter facility for Single Adults is located at the rear of our main building at 918 East 9th Street in Kansas City, Missouri.    The Emergency Shelter serves about 100 each night.
    
Persons wishing to use our shelter facilities are served on a first come, first served basis and should be at the facility at 5:00 pm each evening when tickets are given out for a nights stay.  Intake to the shelter begins at 6:00 pm.
    
Once intake to the shelter is completed, an evening meal is served to all guests.
   
Wake-up time for the shelter is 6:00 am, and guests must leave the property by 7:00 am.
   
There are no charges for any services provided by our shelter.
   
All persons entering the emergency shelter will be checked for weapons of any sort before entering the facility.
   
No drugs or alcohol are permitted in the facility or anywhere on the property.
   
reStart is a NON-SMOKING environment.
