Project Homeless Connect KC is an annual, one-day free event for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Kansas City.
Project Homeless Connect KC (PHCKC) takes place at the Gregg/Klice Community Center. Participants are connected to difficult-to-obtain services including medical and dental services, vision screenings, identification procurement, food and nutrition benefits, employment assistance, housing assistance, and more.

After many years of reStart serving as a crucial day-of-service provider, Project Homeless Connect KC has transitioned into a reStart program. With the help of a dedicated volunteer board, we continue to adapt to best serve the growing population of unhoused community members.
